Refer a developer
Share your link with any developer you think is a great fit — via message, LinkedIn, email, wherever. They must sign up using your link.
They get to work
Your referral applies, gets accepted onto a project, and starts earning. The $1,000 threshold is based on paid tasks.
You get paid
Once they cross $1,000 in earnings, your $100 cash bonus is queued automatically. Payment processed within 30 days via PayPal or Wise.

What if my referral doesn't use my link when signing up?
The referral must be completed via your unique link. We can't retroactively attribute registrations that didn't use a referral link, regardless of circumstances.
What if someone else already referred the same developer?
The first recorded referral link click wins. If your developer was previously referred by someone else, their referral takes precedence. You won't be penalized — your link just won't be attributed.
How and when do I get paid?
Bonuses are processed monthly, within 30 days of your referral crossing the $1,000 earnings mark. Payment goes to the method on file in your Rewardful portal.
Can I refer more than one developer?
Yes — there's no cap. You earn $100 for every developer you refer who reaches the threshold. Refer ten developers, earn $1,000.
I'm not a current fellow. Can I still participate?
Yes. Use the signup form — both fellows and external referrers go through the same flow. Approval is at Anyone AI's discretion. Once approved you'll receive access to your Rewardful portal and unique link.
