These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the referral program (the “Program”) operated by Anyone AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows eligible participants to refer individuals (“Referrals”) to Anyone AI for participation in AI Model Training projects or related opportunities.

Subject to these Terms, Referrers may earn a one-time reward of USD $100 per qualified Referral.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Referrers

Participation in the Program is open to:

• Current Anyone AI Fellows; and

• External individuals, subject to approval by the Company

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any participant at its sole discretion.

2.2 Referrals

A Referral must:

• Be a new user of Anyone AI

• Not have been previously referred by another participant

• Complete the registration process through the Referrer’s unique referral link

3. Referral Qualification Criteria

A Referral will be considered qualified only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The Referral signs up using the Referrer’s unique tracking link

2. The Referral is accepted onto an Anyone AI project

3. The Referral completes paid production work

4. The Referral earns at least USD $1,000 in paid production earnings

Important:
The following activities do not count toward the $1,000 threshold:

• Trial tasks

• Onboarding activities

• Evaluation or assessment work

4. Referral Reward

4.1 Payment Amount

• Referrers will receive a one-time payment of USD $100 per qualified Referral

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make

4.2 Payment Timing

• Payments will be processed within 30 days after the Referral meets the qualification criteria

4.3 Payment Method

• Payments will be made through the payment method configured in the Company’s referral platform (e.g., Stripe, Wise)

5. Tracking and Attribution

5.1 Referral Tracking

• The Program uses third-party tracking software (e.g., Rewardful) to monitor referrals

• Referrers must use their assigned referral link without modification

5.2 Attribution Rules

• The first valid referral link used by a Referral will be credited

• Referrals cannot be reassigned manually under any circumstances

5.3 No Manual Adjustments

• The Company will not manually attribute referrals if:

  • The referral link was not used

  • Tracking failed due to user error

  • The Referral was previously registered or referred

6. Restrictions

Referrers agree not to:

• Misrepresent Anyone AI or its services

• Engage in spam, unsolicited outreach, or deceptive practices

• Use paid advertising that impersonates or competes with Anyone AI branding

• Modify or manipulate referral links

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referral engaging in prohibited behavior.

7. Referral Status Definitions

For tracking purposes, Referral statuses may include:

• Registered – User has signed up

• Application Started – Application initiated

• Application Completed – Application submitted

• Accepted – Approved for a project

• Earning – Began paid work

• Qualified – Reached $1,000 earnings

• Paid – Reward issued

8. Taxes

Referrers are solely responsible for:

• Any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from referral payments

• Compliance with applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction

The Company does not provide tax advice.

9. Termination and Modification

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time

• Change reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or payment terms

• Disqualify participants for violations of these Terms

Changes will become effective upon posting updated Terms.

10. Disputes

In the event of disputes:

• The Company’s determination regarding referral eligibility, tracking, and payments is final and binding

• No retroactive adjustments will be made

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• The Company does not guarantee that any Referral will be accepted or earn income

12. General Terms

• Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States (or applicable state jurisdiction as determined by the Company)

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force
