An AI data provider supporting a frontier AI lab needed to rapidly staff a new project with Python-skilled programmers to generate high-quality human data for data analysis, data science, machine learning, and coding tasks. The initial team consisted of 30 vetted experts.
Soon after, the scope expanded significantly: the partner urgently required 150 additional fellows within 2 days, to support more complex agentic workflows for coding and data-related tasks at scale.
